I'm Mary Martin and I design reversible patterns using two techniques that I developed. Fission Knitting is a technique where the fabric is worked with yarns held in a marl. The design elements are slipped stitches placed on both sides of the fabric. Fusion knitting is a technique where the design on one side of the fabric is mirrored on the back.
